Season One: Japanese Uncut
Episode 1: Usagi Tsukino is a typical underacheiving teenager who likes to eat junk food, play video games and goof off.This all changes when she meets Luna, a talking cat with a mysterious cresent moon on her forehead.Luna gives Usagi a magical broach and reveals that Usagi is really the chosen warrior, Sailor Moon! In her first battle with a monster, Sailor Moon becomes scared and turns to runaway, but the mysterious Tuxedo Mask arrives and tells her to trust her abilities and fight.With that encouragement, Sailor Moon manages to defeat the monster and save the day!
Episode 2: Fortune tellers are the new craze. When Umino reveals to Naru that he has a crush on Usagi, she tells him to seek the advice of a fortune teller.Unfortunetly, the fortune teller is really a monster who possesses Umino and turns him into a rowdy teen.Jadeite collects the energy from all of the rebellious youths that the monster has possessed.Sailor Moon discovers the plan and vaporizes the monster fortune teller with her tiara.
Episode 3: Jadeite hosts a radio talk show called "Midnight Zero." People who write in with their love letters receive a flower that sucks energy from them.Usagi investigates the station and uses the Luna Pin to transform herself into a beauitful newscaster.She discovers the dupe and returns everyone to normal.
Episode 4: Usagi gains a couple of pounds and starts to obsess about her weight.Jadeite starts a health club a health club to drain energy out of people.Usagi and her friends sign up after seeing how much weight Ms. Haruna has lost.Usagi discovers the tanks in the basement which are sucking the life energy out of her friends.She transforms into Sailor Moon and foils Jadeite's plan.
Episode 5: Usagi tries to get Luna accepted into her family as a pet, but Shingo objects because he is deathly afraid of cats.Instead, he goes to the pet store and gets a Chanela, a furry animal with a bewitching scent.The shop is really an operation of the Dark Kingdom, who is using the animals to drain energy from their owners.Sailor Moon discovers this and goes to the shop to battle the monster and heal the possessed children.Shingo finally agrees to be nice to Luna at Sailor Moon's behest.
Episode 6: Jadeite's new plan is to collect energy from people by using subliminal music.A young musician Yusuke accidently gets one of the tapes and is chased by a monster who wants it back.He runs into Usagi as she's on the way to the arcade.Usagi senses something fishy with the whole affair and disguises herself as a rocker and enters the club where Yusuke is playing.Later, she goes with Yusuke to a recording studio where the monster attacks with a powerful sound wave.Sailor Moon manages to destory both the tape and the monster.
Episode 7: Usagi and Naru get the idea that they can become superstars after seeing a poster with the TV Star/Model Mikan. They try to rehears together, but they end up fighting and split ways.Usagi tries to make an animal act with Luna, and Naru tries to create an act with Umino(whom she dresses up as a drag.Meanwhile Jadeite sends a monster to freeze Mikan and take her place.The fake Mikan leads a crowd of admirers on stage and steals their energy.Sailor Moon challenges the monster, but then gets frozen when she tries to run away.Tuxedo Mask shows up just in time and frees her so that she can finally destory the monster.
Episode 8: Usagi makes friends with Ami, the smartest girl in school.Usagi and Luna suspect that Ami is a monster after they discover a brain-washing program on a disk that Ami accidentally leaves behind when she rushes off to her cram school. Usagi disguises herself as a doctor and barges into the school.The teacher becomes a monster and tries to steal Ami's energy. A symbol starts to grow on Ami's forehead and Luna realizes that Ami is one of the missing Sailor Warriors. Luna gives her a pen and tells her to transform into Sailor Mercury! Together Sailor Moon and Sailor Mercury easily defeat the monster and free the possessed kids.
Episode 9: Jadeite sets up a new store that sells enchanted clocks. He collects energy from people that are rushing at a frantic pace due to the cursed clocks. Luna realizes that there is something wrong with the clocks, so Usagi and Ami go to the shop to challenge the monster. The two Sailor Warriors follow the monster into another dimesion. Mercury uses her new mini super-computer and VR goggles to locate the monster. They both get trapped by the monster, however, until Tuxedo Mask arrives and frees them. Together they defeat the monster and everything returns to normal.
Episode 10: Ami and Usagi visit a Shinto shrine and discover that entire buses are vanishing into the sky. Usagi disguises herself as a bus attendant and enters a bus, but leaves Ami behind. The bus is transported into another dimension. Shinto Preistess Rei suspects that the new helper is the source of the evil. Jadeite then appears and sends her into the other dimension as well. A symbol on Rei's head glows when she is under attack from the monster. Luna realizes Rei is one of the missing Sailor Warriors and tells her to transform into Sailor Mars! The two warriors defeat the monster together, but are left trapped in the other dimension until Tuxedo Mask appears driving a bus and takes them home. Rei gets a crush on him.
Episode 11: There is a rash of disappearances at a new amusement park and Usagi, Rei and Ami go to investigate. While Usagi and Rei get into an arguement, Ami gets into a candy house. The house is set up to trap people with hallucinations and steal their energy. Rei and Usagi realize that Ami is in danger and blast through the wall. At first, the two are fooled by the illusions that the monster creates. It takes teamwork and the combined powers of the Sailor Warriors to defeat the monster.
Epiosde 12: Jadeite and one of Queen Beryl's monsters scheme to steal energy from the unsuspecting passengers on a cruise ship. Rei uses her powers to win two free tickets for the cruise from a raffle. She snubs Usagi and decides to take Ami. Usagi sneaks on too, disguised as a photographer (much to Luna's dismay). The girls realize that they are the only single girls on the cruise. The monster begins to steal the energy of love from the passengers, but it doesnt work on Rei and Ami (since they are without boyfriends). Sailor Moon arrives to save them, and together they defeat the monster. Jadeite is about to attack when he is called back by Queen Beryl. She berates him for allowing one of her best monsters to die.
Episode 13: Jadeite is given one last chance by Queen Beryl to defeat the Sailor Warriors. He challenges the girls to a final battle at the airport. Jadeite starts to attack them with enchanted airplanes. They are afraid to destory the planes (too expensive!) so they run away. Tuxedo Mask arrives just in time and starts to fight Jadeite. They both fall into the ocean. When only Jadeite emerges the girls fear the worst. They work together and force Jadeite to retreat. He returns to Queen Beryl defeated, and she puts him into an eternal sleep and summons her new minion, Nephrite. In the end, Tuxedo Mask appears before the girls unharmed.
Episode 14: Nephrite decides to harvest energy from individuals instead of the masses. He focuses his attention on Rui, a star tennis player. He disguises himself as a tennis coach and curses her racket so that it makes her become obsessed with tennis and fills her with negative energy. Naru becomes worried with the change in her friend and asks Usagi to investigate. Nephrite releases the monster inside the tennis racket to collect Rui's energy just as Usagi approaches. She transforms into Sailor Moon and, with the help of Tuxedo Mask, destorys the monster.
Episode 15: Rei schemes to go on a date with Mamoru in a nearby park. She falls in front of him and introduces herself. She offers to take him to tea as an apology. Usagi is extremly jealous and convinces Umino to go on a "date" with her so that she can follow them into the park. Meanwhile, Nephrite choses the park's caretaker as his next victim. The caretaker, angry at the distruction of the park, sends animals to attack people. Ami and Luna sense that there is evil afoot and go to find Usagi. The monster starts to attack the girls. Rei slides away from Mamoru and joins the fight. Together they defeat the monster. Rei becomes suspicious that Mamoru is Tuxedo Mask.
Episode 16: Usagi and Rei become obsessed with making a wedding dress so that they can enter a contest to win a grand reception. They try to learn how to sew but both are failures. Meanwhile, Nephrite targets Usagi's home econmics teacher, Akiyama, as his next victim. She begins to make her dress out of cursed fabric and becomes filled with its evil energy. Usagi transforms herself into a beautiful bride in order to enter the contest. Akiyama appears on stage, announces herself the winner and starts to hypnotize the crowd. The monster is unleashed when her energy has peaked. The girls transform and defeat the monster.
Episode 17: One of Usagi's fellow students is an award winning photographer. Once his camera is cursed by Nephrite, he puts out a call for female models. He lures them into his studio and "captures" his victims on film. (literally) Ignoring Luna's warning, Usagi is determined to participate in the contest ( even though her suit is filled with holes). She finally realizes the danger when she sees the other models disappear before her very eyes. She transforms and defeats the monster.
Episode 18: Nephrite targets Mika, a young doll designer who has just won a french contest. Shingo accidently breaks her awardwinning doll and Usagi makes him go apologize. However, Mika has already been visited by Nephrite and is under his control. Shingo is saddened by her cool attiude and begins to make a doll of his own (a Sailor Moon doll!) to give to her as an apology. Later, at the doll show, Nephrite releases a monster. Usagi transforms but is overwhelmed by the monster until Mars and Mercury show up. Together they defeat the monster and return Mika to normal.
Episode 19: Nephrite writes fake love letters to a bunch of girl's in Tuxedo Mask's name, hoping that Sailor Moon will respond. Usagi falls for it until she realizes that alot of other girls also received the letter. Unfortunetly, Naru decides to go meet this mystery man who likes her. Nephrite realizes his mistake but proceeds to drain away all of Naru's "love" energy anyway. Meanwhile, Usagi decides that she should confront Tuxedo Mask about the letters. She arrives just in time to fight. Elsewhere, Mamoru senses something happening, transforms into Tuxedo Mask and also joins the fray. Nephrite traps them both in an elevator, but the other Sailor Warriors arrive just in time to save them.
Episode 20: The girls make reservations at a private beach resort at a private resort to continue their Sailor Warrior training. All they want to do, however, is have some fun... that is, tell they realize they that they've booked their stay at the "Adam's Inn." Even though attendants at the Inn look like they're striaght out of classic horror movies, the girls make the best of it. Ami tries to befriend Sakiko, the little girl who lives there, but her father rebuffs her. He hypnotizes Sakiko to invvoke the powerful spirit inside of her. Unfortunely, the spirit goes out of control and starts attacking everyone. The Sailor Warriors are unable to control it, but eventually Sakiko defeats it with her own power.The next day all four girls play on the beach together.... ah, summertime.
Episode 21: Nephrite decides to target one of the animators of the Sailor V movies, Hiromi, by cursing one of her pencils. Ami goes to the studio to return a notebook that Hiromi has accidently dropped, and she sees Nephrite as he is leaving. Suspecting the worst, she brings Usagi and Rei to the studio to investigate. The monster appears and attacks the girls. It is in the form of two twins that are connected at the tail. They use all of the techniques as the Sailor Warriors and unbeatable because they share "best friend" power. They are only defeated when they start to bickering about who will give the killing blow.
Episode 22: A visiting princess is holding a ball to show off her nation's treasure, a beautiful jewel. Usagi disgusies herself as a princess to investigate whether this girl could be the missing moon princess. Nephrite also goes because he thinks that the jewel could be the Silver Crystal that Queen Beryl is seeking. Usagi loves the ball and even gets to dance with Tuxedo Mask (who is also there looking for the Crystal). However, Usagi and Tuxedo Mask are left dangling over the side of the balcony when Nephrite possesses the princess. Usagi and Tuxedo float safly to the ground using Usagi's parasol. Later, in the evening, Tuxedo Mask visits Sailor Moon on the balcony and kisses her under the moonlight. They both remember something like this from the past....
Episode 23: Nephrite gives up trying to get power from humans and focuses on finding the Silver Crystal. He uses a black crystal to help him identify its location. He thinks that Naru (who is still in love with his human disguise) may have the clue. However, when he asks for the Silver Crystal, she brings him a jewel from her mother's store. Sailor Moon busts in on the scene just as Nephrite realizes that maybe Naru's love for him is itself a powerful source of energy. A monster sent from Zoisite, who mistakes Nephrite's locating crystal for the Silver Crystal, also appears. Sailor Moon is about to finish Nephrite off with her tiara, but Naru throws herself over him, and Sailor Moon is forced to stop her attack.
Epiosde 24: Nephrite decides that Naru is connected to Sailor Moon after all. When she can't tell him who Sailor Moon really is, he leaves. While he is away, Zoisite's monsters come and kidnap Naru because they think Nephrite cares for her and will exchange her for the black crystal. Nephrite tracks them done and drives off the monsters, saving Naru. Unfortunely, the monsters return and stick Nephrite with a life sucking thorn. Naru risks her life to protect Nephrite, but they are both helpless until the Sailor Warriors appear and destroy the monsters. Nephrite dies in Naru's arms, and Zoisite escapes with the black crystal.
Epiosde 25: Queen Beryl wants the Silver Crystal to revive Queen Metalia, the supreme ruler of the Dark Kingdom. Metalia explains that the Silver Crystal is made up of 7 Rainbow Crystals that contain the spirits of 7 powerful monsters.These crystals are sealed away in of humans. Zoisite uses the black crystal to locate the first human carrier. Meanwhile, there is a new girl at school named Makoto. Although she has a bad reputation for starting fights, Usagi makes friends with her because she is an excellent cook. They go to an acrade and see a boy, Joe, win a bunch of prizes. As he is leaving, he gets attacked by Zoisite. Although Makoto drives him away, Zoisite returns later and takes the crystal, turning Joe into a monster. During the fight, a glowing symbol appears on Makoto's forehead. Luna gives her a pen and she transforms into Sailor Jupiter. Together they defeat the monster, and Sailor Moon uses her new Cresent Moon Wand to exocise the monster and return Joe to normal.
Epiosde 26: Usagi, Umino and Naru go on a walk to try and cheer up Naru (who is still upset over Nephrite's death).Naru asks for help from a priest they run into at a cemetery. Unfortunely, the preist is the 2nd crystal carrier. Zoisite appears to retrieve the crystal and turns the preist into a monster. Tuxedo Mask arrives and fights Zoisite for the crystal. The other Warriors show and together they fight the monster and restore his humanity. Sailor Moon notices that Tuxedo Mask has left behind a mysterious star shaped locket.
Episode 27: Zoisite discovers that the 3rd crystal carrier is a boy named Ryo Urawa. Ryo is a genius that has just transferred into the Sailor Warrior's school. He has a crush on Ami (a fellow genius!) and they become friends. Urawa reveals to her that he can see the future. He knows that Ami is Sailor Mercury and begs her to not to hesitate to destory him when he is turned into a monster. Unfortunely, Zoisite arrives and does just that. The Rainbow Crystal is dropped during the fight, and Sailor Mercury manages to retrieve it. Once the others arrive, they combine their strengths and defeat the monster and restore Ryo to normal.
Episode 28: Usagi and Mamoru are recruited by the artist Yumemi to be models for her next illustration. They both feel drawn to the artist's work because it reminds them of some distant past. Mamoru rebuffs her, but Usagi and Yumemi become friends. Unfortunetly, Zoisite identifies Yumemi as the 4th crystal carrier and attacks her, stealing the crystal and turning her into a monster. Tuxedo Mask arrives and protects Sailor Moon, but reveals that he is after the Rainbow Crystals too. He even wants to take away the one the Sailor Warriors have! Sailor Moon is very confused but somehow manages to defeat the monster and return the artist to normal.
Episode 29: Makoto has a crush on Motoki (the arcade attentant!) but is saddened to hear that he already has a girlfriend. Usagi and Makoto get into an arguement when Usagi announces that SHE likes Motoki. Meanwhile, Zoisite targets the girlfriend, Reika, as the 5th crystal carrier. He attacks and turns her into a monster and steals the crystal. Tuxedo Mask arrives and fights with him for the crystal, but Zoisite tricks him and escapes with it. Sailor Moon and Jupiter work together to fight the monster and restore Reika to normal.
Episode 30: Rei's grandfather is targeted as the 6th rainbow carrier. Zoisite appears and tries to extract the crystal, but he is forced to retreat when assaulted by both Grandpa and Rei's two crows. Zoisite's attack, however, awaken's the crystal inside of Grandpa and he starts acting werid. Meanwhile Usagi tries to get Rei and Yuichiro (Grandpa's new apprentice) together as a couple but fails. Zoisite returns to the temple and takes the crystal fro mGrandpa and turns him into a monster. Yuichiro tries to protect Rei but is knocked unconscious. Sailor Moon arrives just in time and manages to change Grandpa back without harming him.
Episode 31: Luna is in big trouble when a herd of cats surrounds and chases her through the city. She is only saved at the last minute by a big blue cat named Rhett Butler who scares the other cats away. Luna is a bit turned off by a big brute, even though he obviously has a huge crush on her. Zoisite realizes that Rhett Butler is the 7th crystal carrier, and attacks. The two cats flee into the sewer but eventually Zoisite catches up with them, captures the crystal and turns the cat into a monster. Tuxedo Mask arrives and manages to wrestle the Rainbow Crystal away from Zoisite. The cat monster still feels something for Luna and doesn't hurt her. Sailor Warriors arrive, and turn the cat into normal.
Episode 32: Umino tries to impress Naru by dressing up as Tuxedo Mask. Zoisite wants to turn Naru into a monster to hopefully draw out Sailor Moon, but is frightened away by Tuxedo Mask (Umino) when he sees him at her house. He returns the next day, but he misses and turns a nearby performer into a monster instead. The monster starts to suffocate all of the people (including Umino and Naru) and Zoisite uses this to blackmail Sailor Moon into giving up her Rainbow Crystal. Tuxedo Mask arrives, and they fight for the crystal while Sailor Moon frees the people. In the end, Zoisite grabs it and disappears.
Episode 33: Kunzite and Zoisite work together on a plan to trap Tuxedo Mask and take his crystals. Zoisite disquises himsself as Sailor Moon and pretends to be in danger. Tuxwdo Mask rescuses the fake Sailor Moon and gets stabbed by Zoisite. In the struggle, his mask gets torn off and his true identity is revealed to Zoisite. The Sailor Warriors also arrive but get trapped in an energy absorbing dome by Kunzite. Kunzite makes the dome smaller and smaller to force Tuxedo to give up his crystals, but just in time Sailor Venus appears with Artemis and recuses the trapped warriors.
Episode 34: Zoisite tracks down Mamoru and challenges him to a duel where winner takes all the Rainbow Crystals. Mamoru is heading to the duel when he runs into Usagi. She notices his bleeding shoulder and follows him. When they arrive, Zoisite tricks Mamoru into laying down his crysatls and Kunzite takes them all. Then Mamoru and Usagi get trapped together in an elevator of a crumbling building, and they are both forced to transform (and reveal their identites to each other) in order to save themselves. They find themselves transported to the Dark Kingdom. Zoisite attacks Sailor Moon with a shard, but Tuxedo Mask takes the blow instead. When she sees Tuxedo Mask wounded, Sailor Moon cries. Her tears call all the Rainbow Crystals to her, and they form the Silver Crystal. The Crystal takes its place on the Cresent Moon Wand and Sailor Moon is now transformed into Princess Serenity.
Episode 35: Using the power of the Silver Crystal, Princess Serenity sends Zoisite running. Then, overwhelmed by the memories of her past self, she passes out. With Serenity out, Kunzite appears and takes both Zoisite and the unconscious Tuxedo Mask. When he arrives, Queen Beryl kills Zoisite for his incompetence. and turns her attention back toward reviving Tuxedo Mask. Back in the cave, Sailor Moon wakes up and finally remembers the past. She and Prince Endymion on the moon in a great kingdom called the Silver Millennium. Then a great evil took over the Earth and tried to steal the Silver Crystal. Sailor Moon gets scared and declares that she doesn't want to fight anymore. Then Kunzite reappears and blasts the Sailor Warriors. When only Sailor Moon is left, she finally accepts her destiny and calls on the Silver Crystal's power to send Kunzite running.
Episode 36: Usagi is depressed that Mamoru is gone, just when they realized their fate together. Minako tries to cheer her up by taking her to the salon that is offering free haircuts and styling. The salon is a front for the Dark Kingdom, which is looking for Sailor Moon's true identity. Minako accidently gets targeted as Sailor Moon because she has a strand of Usagi's hair on her and is attacked. As Sailor Moon is fighting the monster she is struck by a rose thrown by Endymion. Sailor Moon is confused; he appears to be commanding the monster against her! The other Sailor Warriors appear just in time to drive Tuxedo Mask back and rescue Sailor Moon.
Episode 37: Usagi decides that if she really is the Moon Princess she better start acting like one. She and the other girls enroll in a princess training seminar (which is really just a trap for Sailor Moon). Usagi does horribly on all the excercises and fails along with Rei and Minako. After the "graduates" are turned into wax statues, the head mistress turns into a monster and attacks the Sailor Warriors under Kunzite and Endymion's supervision. The Sailor Warriors manage to defeat the monster when Kunzite and Endymion start to argue. They escape before Sailor Moon can use the Silver Crystal to heal Endymion's brainwashing.
Episode 38: The girls fall for an advertisement for a "Moon Princess Contest" and pack up for the mountains. The contest is really a trap for Sailor Moon. The former "Moon Princess" Saeko is under the control of the Dark Kingdom and causes an avalanche that traps Rei, Usagi, and Yuchiro in the snow. The monster attacks and is stopped at the last minute by a red rose from Endymion (who has momentarily remembered himself!). Endymion doesn't stay good for long, however, and soon flees....promising to return to take the Silver Crystal from Sailor Moon.
Episode 39: Kunzite possesses two champion ice skatersin an attempt to trap Sailor Moon. He lures the girls to the ice rink with free lessons, hoping that the two possessed skaters can idenitfy the Moon Princess. Makoto skates so well that they think she is Sailor Moon and attack. Sailor Moon transforms and tries to help, but she is still a klutz on the ice. She is saved again by Tuxedo Mask, who disagrees with Kunzite's techniques of manipulating innocents. Sailor Moon and Endymion pair up for a skating battle with the monsters. Suddnely, Sailor Moon can skate! Kunzite appears and tries to freeze everyone, but Endymion destorys the frezzing machine. Unfortunately, he flees before Sailor Moon can heal him.
Episode 40: Usagi's family goes on vacation to a hot springs resort near the lake where Usagi's parents met. Queen Beryl notices that there is an unusual energy surrounding the lake and sends Endymion to investigate. He discovers that there is a monster buried underneath the lake and uses his powers to revive her. The monster soon starts attacking Usagi's family. Endymion accepts responsiblity for unleashing the monster and protects the Tsukinos. When the other Sailor Warriors arrive, he helps them defeat the monster and release the girl's soul. Sadly, he flees again before Sailor Moon can talk to him.
Episode 41: Endymion is sent to gather all the former crystal carriers together so that they can be combined to form a super monster. Ryo, Ami's friend who can see the future, calls to alert her about what will happen. Ami battles Endymion when he appears to take him. Later, when the other Warriors arrive, they over power him and Sailor Moon heals him with her Wand. Unfortunatley, just as the girls think they have won, Queen Beryl steals Endymion's body back.
Episode 42: Kunzite tries to discover the Sailor Warrior's identities through Katarina, an old friend of Minako's. Katarina calls Minako and asks if they can meet. They used to do missions together when Minako was still Sailor V. After Katarina thought that Minako had died during a mission, she and Allen (Minako's boyfriend) fell in love. Minako is overwhelmed with sadness from these memories. After they part ways, Kunzite turns Katarina into a monster. Sailor Moon arrives just in time to fight. Sailor Venus begs Sailor Moon to restore Katarina's humanity, even though Katarina stole her boyfriend.
Episode 43: The Sailor Warriors try to trick Kunzite by pretending to fight with Sailor Moon. They want him to think that Sailor Moon is leaving the group. Sailor Moon tries to make a deal with him to trade the Silver Crystal for Mamoru's safe return, but Kunzite calls their bluff when he sees the other Warriors hiding nearby. In the end, they are no closer to getting Mamoru back.
Episode 44: The Sailor Warriors discover the portal to the Dark Kingdom and are traveling down the tunnel when Kunzite confronts them. During the fight, the girls are transported to a ruined Kingdom. Queen Serenity appears before Sailor Moon and explains the sad history of the once great Silver Millennium kingdom. In order to save her daugther, Queen Serenity sent her spirit (along with the other Sailor Warriors and Endymion) to the future Earth with no memory of their former selves. Meanwhile, the cats find the entrance to the Dark Kingdom and are attacked by Kunzite. The Sailor Warriors come to their aid, and after a fierce battle, Sailor Moon manages to Kill Kunzite.
Episode 45: The Sailor Warriors teleport to the North Pole for a final battle with Queen Beryl and the forces of her Dark Kingdom. Beryl sends her 5 of her most powerful monstes after the girls and, one by one, the Sailor Warriors die to protect Sailor Moon. Distraught at the loss of her friends, Sailor Moon is about to give up when the spirits of the other Warriors appear before her and tell her that they will always be with her. With new resolve, Sailor Moon sets off for the final battle.
Episode 46: Sailor Moon arrives in the thone room to challenge Queen Beryl. Under Queen Beryl's orders, Endymion attacks Sailor Moon. She refuses to fight and instead pleads with him to remember his true self and their former love. Endymion recovers his memory just in time to block a spear thrown by Beryl and dies in the crumbling throne room as Sailor Moon cries. Queen Beryl runs to Metalia, and they combine their powers to become the terrifying Super Queen Beryl. Calling upon the power of the Silver Crystal, Sailor Moon becomes Princess Serenity, and the final showdown begins. Just as the Super Queen seems to be winning, the spirits of the dead Sailor Warriors surround Serenity and lend her their power. Beryl is defeated in an energy blast that engulfs the entire Dark Kingdom. As Serenity dies, she wishes that everything could be the way it used to be.... back when she was a normal teen with no super powers and no great destiny. As the Earth returns to normal, the Sailor Warriors appear as regular humans with no memory of each other or their past glory. Sailor Moon's final wish has been granted.
English Season One
Episode 1: Serena is your typical underacheiving teenager who likes to eat junk food, play video games and goof off. This all changes when she meets Luna, a talking cat with a mysterious cresent moon on her forehead.Luna reveals to Serena that she is really Sailor Moon, and it is her destiny to protect the universe from evil. In her first battle with a monster, Sailor Moon becomes scared and turns to runaway, but the mysterious Tuxedo Mask arrives and tells her to trust her abilities and fight.With that encouragement, Sailor Moon manages to defeat the monster and save the day.
Episode 2: Jedite hosts a radio talk show, called Love Line, to steal energy from unsuspecting humans. People who write in with their love letters receive a flower that sucks energy from them. Sererna investigates the station and uses the Luna Pin to transform herself into a beauitful newscaster.She discovers the dupe and returns everyone to normal.
Episode 3: Serena gains a couple of pounds and starts to obsess about her weight.Jedite starts a health club to drain energy out of people. Serena and her friends sign up after seeing how much weight Ms. Haruna has lost. Serena discovers the tanks in the basement which are sucking the life energy out of her friends.She transforms into Sailor Moon and foils Jedite's plan.
Episode 4: Serena and Molly get the idea that they can become superstars after seeing a poster with a famous T.V. Star/Model. They try to rehearse together, but they end up fighting and split ways. Serena tries to make an animal act with Luna, and Molly tries to create an act with Melvin (whom she dresses up as a drag). Meanwhile Jedite sends a monster to freeze the Star and take her place. The fake one leads a crowd of admirers on stage and steals their energy.Sailor Moon challenges the monster, but then gets frozen when she tries to run away.Tuxedo Mask shows up just in time and frees her so that she can finally destory the monster.
Episode 5: Serena makes friends with Ami, the smartest girl in school.Serena and Luna suspect that Ami is a monster after they discover a brain-washing program on a disk that Ami accidentally leaves behind when she rushes off to her cram school. Serena disguises herself as a doctor and barges into the school.The teacher becomes a monster and tries to steal Ami's energy. A symbol starts to grow on Ami's forehead and Luna realizes that Ami is one of the missing Sailor Scouts. Luna gives her a pen and tells her to transform into Sailor Mercury! Together Sailor Moon and Sailor Mercury easily defeat the monster and free the possessed kids.
Episode 6: Jedite sets up a new store that sells enchanted clocks. He collects energy from people that are rushing at a frantic pace due to the cursed clocks. Luna realizes that there is something wrong with the clocks, so Serena and Ami go to the shop to challenge the monster. The two Sailor Scouts follow the monster into another dimesion. Mercury uses her new mini super-computer and VR goggles to locate the monster. They both get trapped by the monster, however, until Tuxedo Mask arrives and frees them. Together they defeat the monster and everything returns to normal.
Episode 7: Ami and Serena visit a Shinto shrine and discover that entire buses are vanishing into the sky. Serena disguises herself as a bus attendant and enters a bus, but leaves Ami behind. The bus is transported into another dimension. Shinto Preistess Raye suspects that the new helper is the source of the evil. Jedite then appears and sends her into the other dimension as well. A symbol on Raye's head glows when she is under attack from the monster. Luna realizes Raye is one of the missing Sailor Scouts and tells her to transform into Sailor Mars! The two warriors defeat the monster together, but are left trapped in the other dimension until Tuxedo Mask appears driving a bus and takes them home. Raye gets a crush on him.
Episode 8: There is a rash of disappearances at a new amusement park and Serena, Raye and Ami go to investigate. While Serena and Raye get into an arguement, Ami gets into a candy house. The house is set up to trap people with hallucinations and steal their energy. Raye and Serena realize that Ami is in danger and blast through the wall. At first, the two are fooled by the illusions that the monster creates. It takes teamwork and the combined powers of the Sailor Scouts to defeat the monster. Episode 9: Jedite and one of Queen Beryl's monsters scheme to steal energy from the unsuspecting passengers on a cruise ship. Raye uses her powers to win two free tickets for the cruise from a raffle. She snubs Serena and decides to take Ami. Serena sneaks on too, disguised as a photographer (much to Luna's dismay). The girls realize that they are the only single girls on the cruise. The monster begins to steal the energy of love from the passengers, but it doesnt work on Raye and Ami (since they are without boyfriends). Sailor Moon arrives to save them, and together they defeat the monster. Jedite is about to attack when he is called back by Queen Beryl. She berates him for allowing one of her best monsters to die. Episode 10: Jedite is given one last chance by Queen Beryl to defeat the Sailor Scouts. He challenges the girls to a final battle at the airport. Jedite starts to attack them with enchanted airplanes. They are afraid to destory the planes (too expensive!) so they run away. Tuxedo Mask arrives just in time and starts to fight Jedite. They both fall into the ocean. When only Jedite emerges the girls fear the worst. They work together and force Jedite to retreat. He returns to Queen Beryl defeated, and she puts him into an eternal sleep and summons her new minion, Nepflite. In the end, Tuxedo Mask appears before the girls unharmed. Episode 11: Nepflite decides to harvest energy from individuals instead of the masses. He focuses his attention on a star tennis player. He disguises himself as a tennis coach and curses her racket so that it makes her become obsessed with tennis and fills her with negative energy. Molly becomes worried with the change in her friend and asks Serena to investigate. Nepflite releases the monster inside the tennis racket to collect her energy just as Serena approaches. She transforms into Sailor Moon and, with the help of Tuxedo Mask, destorys the monster. Episode 12: Raye schemes to go on a date with Darien in a nearby park. She falls in front of him and introduces herself. She offers to take him to tea as an apology. Serena is extremly jealous and convinces Melvin to go on a "date" with her so that she can follow them into the park. Meanwhile, Nepflite choses the park's caretaker as his next victim. The caretaker, angry at the distruction of the park, sends animals to attack people. Ami and Luna sense that there is evil afoot and go to find Serena. The monster starts to attack the girls. Raye slides away from Darien and joins the fight. Together they defeat the monster. Raye becomes suspicious that Darien is Tuxedo Mask. Episode 13: Serena and Raye become obsessed with making a wedding dress so that they can enter a contest to win a grand reception. They try to learn how to sew but both are failures. Meanwhile, Nepflite targets Serena's home econmics teacher as his next victim. She begins to make her dress out of cursed fabric and becomes filled with its evil energy. Serena transforms herself into a beautiful bride in order to enter the contest. Her teacher appears on stage, announces herself the winner and starts to hypnotize the crowd. The monster is unleashed when her energy has peaked. The girls transform and defeat the monster. Episode 14: One of Serena's fellow students is an award winning photographer. Once his camera is cursed by Nepflite, he puts out a call for female models. He lures them into his studio and "captures" his victims on film. (literally) Ignoring Luna's warning, Serena is determined to participate in the contest ( even though her suit is filled with holes). She finally realizes the danger when she sees the other models disappear before her very eyes. She transforms and defeats the monster. Episode 15: Nepflite targets Mika, a young doll designer who has just won a french contest. Sammy accidently breaks her awardwinning doll and Serena makes him go apologize. However, Mika has already been visited by Nepflite and is under his control. Sammy is saddened by her cool attiude and begins to make a doll of his own (a Sailor Moon doll!) to give to her as an apology. Later, at the doll show, Nepflite releases a monster. Serena transforms but is overwhelmed by the monster until Mars and Mercury show up. Together they defeat the monster and return Mika to normal. Episode 16: Nepflite writes fake love letters to a bunch of girl's in Tuxedo Mask's name, hoping that Sailor Moon will respond. Serena falls for it until she realizes that alot of other girls also received the letter. Unfortunetly, Molly decides to go meet this mystery man who likes her. Nepflite realizes his mistake but proceeds to drain away all of Molly's "love" energy anyway. Meanwhile, Serena decides that she should confront Tuxedo Mask about the letters. She arrives just in time to fight. Elsewhere, Darien senses something happening, transforms into Tuxedo Mask and also joins the fray. Nepflite traps them both in an elevator, but the other Sailor Scouts arrive just in time to save them. Episode 17: Nepflite decides to target one of the animators of the Sailor V movies, by cursing one of her pencils. Ami goes to the studio to return a notebook that she has accidently dropped, and she sees Nepflite as he is leaving. Suspecting the worst, she brings Serena and Raye to the studio to investigate. The monster appears and attacks the girls. It is in the form of two twins that are connected at the tail. They use all of the techniques as the Sailor Scouts and unbeatable because they share "best friend" power. They are only defeated when they start to bickering about who will give the killing blow. Episode 18: A visiting princess is holding a ball to show off her nation's treasure, a beautiful jewel. Serena disgusies herself as a princess to investigate whether this girl could be the missing moon princess. Nepflite also goes because he thinks that the jewel could be the Silver Crystal that Queen Beryl is seeking. Serena loves the ball and even gets to dance with Tuxedo Mask (who is also there looking for the Crystal). However, Serena and Tuxedo Mask are left dangling over the side of the balcony when Nepflite possesses the princess. Serena and Tuxedo float safly to the ground using Serena's parasol. Later, in the evening, Tuxedo Mask visits Sailor Moon on the balcony and kisses her under the moonlight. They both remember something like this from the past.... Episode 19: Nepflite gives up trying to get power from humans and focuses on finding the Silver Crystal. He uses a black crystal to help him identify its location. He thinks that Molly (who is still in love with his human disguise) may have the clue. However, when he asks for the Silver Crystal, she brings him a jewel from her mother's store. Sailor Moon busts in on the scene just as Nepflite realizes that maybe Molly's love for him is itself a powerful source of energy. A monster sent from Zoycite, who mistakes Nepflite's locating crystal for the Silver Crystal, also appears. Sailor Moon is about to finish Nepflite off with her tiara, but Molly throws herself over him, and Sailor Moon is forced to stop her attack. Epiosde 20: Nepflite decides that Molly is connected to Sailor Moon after all. When she can't tell him who Sailor Moon really is, he leaves. While he is away, Zoycite's monsters come and kidnap Molly because they think Nepflite cares for her and will exchange her for the black crystal. Nepflite tracks them done and drives off the monsters, saving Molly. Unfortunely, the monsters return and stick Nepflite with a life sucking thorn. Molly risks her life to protect Nepflite, but they are both helpless until the Sailor Scouts appear and destroy the monsters. Nepflite dies in Molly's arms, and Zoycite escapes with the black crystal. Epiosde 21: Queen Beryl wants the Silver Crystal to revive the Shadow Warriors. She explains that the Silver Crystal is made up of 7 Rainbow Crystals that contain the spirits of the 7 Shadow Warriors. These crystals are sealed away in humans. Zoycite uses the black crystal to locate the first human carrier. Meanwhile, there is a new girl at school named Lita. Although she has a bad reputation for starting fights, Serena makes friends with her because she is an excellent cook. They go to an acrade and see a boy, Joe, win a bunch of prizes. As he is leaving, he gets attacked by Zoycite. Although Lita drives him away, Zoycite returns later and takes the crystal, turning Joe into a monster. During the fight, a glowing symbol appears on Lita's forehead. Luna gives her a pen and she transforms into Sailor Jupiter. Together they defeat the monster, and Sailor Moon uses her new Cresent Moon Wand to exocise the monster and return Joe to normal. Epiosde 22: Serena, Melvin and Molly go on a walk to try and cheer up Molly (who is still upset over Nepflite's death). Molly asks for help from a priest they run into at a cemetery. Unfortunely, the preist is the 2nd crystal carrier. Zoycite appears to retrieve the crystal and turns the preist into a monster. Tuxedo Mask arrives and fights Zoycite for the crystal. The other Scouts show and together they fight the monster and restore his humanity. Sailor Moon notices that Tuxedo Mask has left behind a mysterious star shaped locket. Episode 23: Zoycite discovers that the 3rd crystal carrier is a boy named Greg. Greg is a genius that has just transferred into the Sailor Scout's school. He has a crush on Ami (a fellow genius!) and they become friends. Greg reveals to her that he can see the future. He knows that Ami is Sailor Mercury and begs her to not to hesitate to destory him when he is turned into a monster. Unfortunely, Zoycite arrives and does just that. The Rainbow Crystal is dropped during the fight, and Sailor Mercury manages to retrieve it. Once the others arrive, they combine their strengths and defeat the monster and restore Greg to normal. Episode 24: Serena and Darien are recruited by an artist named Peggy, to be models for her next illustration. They both feel drawn to the artist's work because it reminds them of some distant past. Darien rebuffs her, but Serena and Peggy become friends. Unfortunetly, Zoycite identifies Peggy as the 4th crystal carrier and attacks her, stealing the crystal and turning her into a monster. Tuxedo Mask arrives and protects Sailor Moon, but reveals that he is after the Rainbow Crystals too. He even wants to take away the one the Sailor Scouts have! Sailor Moon is very confused but somehow manages to defeat the monster and return the artist to normal. Episode 25: Lita has a crush on Andrew (the arcade attentant!) but is saddened to hear that he already has a girlfriend. Serena and Lita get into an arguement when Serena announces that SHE likes Andrew. Meanwhile, Zoycite targets the girlfriend, Reika, as the 5th crystal carrier. She attacks and turns her into a monster and steals the crystal. Tuxedo Mask arrives and fights with her for the crystal, but Zoycite tricks him and escapes with it. Sailor Moon and Jupiter work together to fight the monster and restore Reika to normal. Episode 26: Raye's grandfather is targeted as the 6th rainbow carrier. Zoycite appears and tries to extract the crystal, but she is forced to retreat when assaulted by both Grandpa and Raye's two crows. Zoycite's attack, however, awaken's the crystal inside of Grandpa and he starts acting werid. Meanwhile Serena tries to get Raye and Chad (Grandpa's new apprentice) together as a couple but fails. Zoycite returns to the temple and takes the crystal from Grandpa and turns him into a monster. Chad tries to protect Raye but is knocked unconscious. Sailor Moon arrives just in time and manages to change Grandpa back without harming him. Episode 27: Luna is in big trouble when a herd of cats surrounds and chases her through the city. She is only saved at the last minute by a big blue cat named Rhett Butler who scares the other cats away. Luna is a bit turned off by a big brute, even though he obviously has a huge crush on her. Zoycite realizes that Rhett Butler is the 7th crystal carrier, and attacks. The two cats flee into the sewer but eventually Zoycite catches up with them, captures the crystal and turns the cat into a monster. Tuxedo Mask arrives and manages to wrestle the Rainbow Crystal away from Zoycite. The cat monster still feels something for Luna and doesn't hurt her. Sailor Scouts arrive, and turn the cat into normal. Episode 28: Melvin tries to impress Molly by dressing up as Tuxedo Mask. Zoycite wants to turn Molly into a monster to hopefully draw out Sailor Moon, but is frightened away by Tuxedo Mask (Melvin) when she sees him at her house. She returns the next day, but misses and turns a nearby performer into a monster instead. The monster starts to suffocate all of the people (including Melvin and Molly) and Zoycite uses this to blackmail Sailor Moon into giving up her Rainbow Crystal. Tuxedo Mask arrives, and they fight for the crystal while Sailor Moon frees the people. In the end, Zoycite grabs it and disappears. Episode 29: Malachite and Zoycite work together on a plan to trap Tuxedo Mask and take his crystals. Zoycite disquises herself as Sailor Moon and pretends to be in danger. Tuxwdo Mask rescuses the fake Sailor Moon and gets stabbed by Zoycite. In the struggle, his mask gets torn off and his true identity is revealed to Zoycite. The Sailor Scouts also arrive but get trapped in an energy absorbing dome by Malachite. Malachite makes the dome smaller and smaller to force Tuxedo to give up his crystals, but just in time Sailor Venus appears with Artemis and recuses the trapped Scouts. Episode 30: Zoycite tracks down Darien and challenges him to a duel where winner takes all the Rainbow Crystals. Darien is heading to the duel when he runs into Serena. She notices his bleeding shoulder and follows him. When they arrive, Zoycite tricks Darien into laying down his crysatls and Malachite takes them all. Then Darien and Serena get trapped together in an elevator of a crumbling building, and they are both forced to transform (and reveal their identites to each other) in order to save themselves. They find themselves transported to the Negaverse. Zoycite attacks Sailor Moon with a shard, but Tuxedo Mask takes the blow instead. When she sees Tuxedo Mask wounded, Sailor Moon cries. Her tears call all the Rainbow Crystals to her, and they form the Silver Crystal. The Crystal takes its place on the Cresent Moon Wand and Sailor Moon is now transformed into Princess Serena. Episode 31: Using the power of the Silver Crystal, Princess Serena sends Zoycite running. Then, overwhelmed by the memories of her past self, she passes out. With Serena out, Malachite appears and takes both Zoycite and the unconscious Tuxedo Mask. When he arrives, Queen Beryl kills Zoycite for her incompetence. and turns her attention back toward reviving Tuxedo Mask. Back in the cave, Sailor Moon wakes up and finally remembers the past. She and Prince Darien on the moon, in a great kingdom called The Moon Kingdom. Then a great evil took over the Earth and tried to steal the Silver Crystal. Sailor Moon gets scared and declares that she doesn't want to fight anymore. Then Malachite reappears and blasts the Sailor Scouts. When only Sailor Moon is left, she finally accepts her destiny and calls on the Silver Crystal's power to send Malachite running. Episode 32: Serena is depressed that Darien is gone, just when they realized their fate together. Mina tries to cheer her up by taking her to the salon that is offering free haircuts and styling. The salon is a front for the Negaverse, which is looking for Sailor Moon's true identity. Mina accidently gets targeted as Sailor Moon because she has a strand of Serena's hair on her and is attacked. As Sailor Moon is fighting the monster she is struck by a rose thrown by Darien. Sailor Moon is confused; he appears to be commanding the monster against her! The other Sailor Scouts appear just in time to drive Tuxedo Mask back and rescue Sailor Moon. Episode 33: Serena decides that if she really is the Moon Princess she better start acting like one. She and the other girls enroll in a princess training seminar (which is really just a trap for Sailor Moon). Serena does horribly on all the excercises and fails along with Raye and Lita. After the "graduates" are turned into wax statues, the head mistress turns into a monster and attacks the Sailor Scouts under Malachite and Darien's supervision. The Sailor Scouts manage to defeat the monster when Malachite and Darien start to argue. They escape before Sailor Moon can use the Silver Crystal to heal Darien's brainwashing. Episode 34: The girls fall for an advertisement for a "Moon Princess Contest" and pack up for the mountains. The contest is really a trap for Sailor Moon. The former "Moon Princess" Stormy is under the control of the Negaverse and causes an avalanche that traps Raye, Serena, and Chad in the snow. The monster attacks and is stopped at the last minute by a red rose from Darien (who has momentarily remembered himself!). Darien doesn't stay good for long, however, and soon flees....promising to return to take the Silver Crystal from Sailor Moon. Episode 35: Malachite possesses two champion ice skaters in an attempt to trap Sailor Moon. He lures the girls to the ice rink with free lessons, hoping that the two possessed skaters can idenitfy the Moon Princess. Lita skates so well that they think she is Sailor Moon and attack. Sailor Moon transforms and tries to help, but she is still a klutz on the ice. She is saved again by Tuxedo Mask, who disagrees with Malachite's techniques of manipulating innocents. Sailor Moon and Darien pair up for a skating battle with the monsters. Suddnely, Sailor Moon can skate! Malachite appears and tries to freeze everyone, but Darien destorys the frezzing machine. Unfortunately, he flees before Sailor Moon can heal him. Episode 36: Serena's family goes on vacation to a hot springs resort near the lake where Serena's parents met. Queen Beryl notices that there is an unusual energy surrounding the lake and sends Darien to investigate. He discovers that there is a monster buried underneath the lake and uses his powers to revive her. The monster soon starts attacking Serena's family. Darien accepts responsiblity for unleashing the monster and protects her family. When the other Sailor Scouts arrive, he helps them defeat the monster and release the girl's soul. Sadly, he flees again before Sailor Moon can talk to him. Episode 37: The Sailor Scouts discover the portal to the Negaverse and are traveling down the tunnel when Malachite confronts them. During the fight, the girls are transported to a ruined Kingdom. Queen Serenity appears before Sailor Moon and explains the sad history of the once great Moon kingdom. In order to save her daugther, Queen Serenity sent her spirit (along with the other Sailor Scouts and Darien) to the future Earth with no memory of their former selves. Meanwhile, the cats find the entrance to the Negaverse and are attacked by Malachite. The Sailor Scouts come to their aid, and after a fierce battle, Sailor Moon manages to Kill Malachite. Episode 48: Darien is sent to gather all the former crystal carriers together so that they can be combined to form a super monster. Greg, Ami's friend who can see the future, calls to alert her about what will happen. Ami battles Darien when he appears to take him. Later, when the other Scouts arrive, they over power him and Sailor Moon heals him with her Wand. Unfortunatley, just as the girls think they have won, Queen Beryl steals Darien's body back. Episode 49: The Sailor Scouts try to trick Malachite by pretending to fight with Sailor Moon. They want him to think that Sailor Moon is leaving the group. Sailor Moon tries to make a deal with him to trade the Silver Crystal for Darien's safe return, but Malachite calls their bluff when he sees the other Scouts hiding nearby. In the end, they are no closer to getting Darien back. Episode 40: The Sailor Scouts teleport to the North Pole for a final battle with Queen Beryl and the forces of the Negaverse. Beryl sends her 5 of her most powerful monsters after the girls and, one by one, the Sailor Scouts die to protect Sailor Moon. Distraught at the loss of her friends, Sailor Moon is about to give up when the spirits of the other Scouts appear before her and tell her that they will always be with her. With new resolve, Sailor Moon sets off for the final battle. Sailor Moon arrives in the thorne room to challenge Queen Beryl. Under Queen Beryl's orders, Darien attacks Sailor Moon. She refuses to fight and instead pleads with him to remember his true self and their former love.
