Have you seen this dragon?

Many many years ago (and I do mean that....like at least 13 years) I bought this trading card off of a kid I was in school with at the time and who my mother used to babysit before and after school. It was the first dragon thing that I ever owned and thus was a prize possession.
I used to keep it hidden in a number of different books and tablets in order to evade my little brother's groping paws. It was my dragon I tell you and he couldn't have it! :) Anyway, over the years, I'd come across this card's hiding place or check to make sure it was not touched and often move the tablet (the last thing that I remember hiding it in) to some new location. Well, my secrecy thwarted itself and now it is hidden beyond my knowledge. *sob* I recently remembered having this card and wanted to get it out, only to find that it was not where I thought it was. After tearing apart my house and asking my brother and parents, I still have not located it. No one even knew I ever owned such a thing (I hid it around better than I ever thought!). :)
I've been searching for it for several months with no luck. I have found nothing online either....not even eBay (now I know I'm screwed, lol)! What I did learn about this little dragon I will post below, though it's mostly new info for me. I was never into comics, just dragons. :)
I am willing to pay to obtain another card like this, so if you have any information on where I can find another card like this for sale or have one that you would not mind parting with, please contact me! :)

Here are some links to some more info that I managed to scrape off of the world wide web (some of the precious few links I found that were still functioning, I might add). I don't know how useful it may be, but you might find it interesting at least. :) Lockheed's Room
